OUR STORY

Ten years in the making.

Precision AI OS was founded by Steven de la Fe, CPA, and Phillip Ingelmo. Before Precision, we spent ten years building Taxfyle from the ground up, taking it from $0 to $25M in annual recurring revenue.

  1. Building from the ground up.

    We built the product, led the teams and put the processes in place to serve small and large customers alike.

  2. Staying current.

    We tested workflows, ran through plenty of iterations and retrofitted the product more than once to keep up with new technology. When AI became practical, we built it into how the business ran day to day.

  3. Running a firm on agents.

    To see how far automation could really go, we formed a tax preparation firm as a one-person shop, fully automated end to end.

  4. Building Precision AI OS.

    We took what we learned serving customers, building products, leading teams and putting AI to work, and turned it into an automation layer for any business.

Looking back, those ten years were building up to this: bringing everything we learned to our clients, so every business can benefit from the agent economy.
