Privacy Policy

Precision AI LLC, d/b/a Precision AI OS ("Precision", "we", "us"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through getprecision.ai (the "Site"), in our sales conversations, and when people sign in to our platform, and what we do with it.
1. Two kinds of information, two sets of rules
- Information about you as a visitor, prospect or platform user: your name, email address, and how you use the Site. We decide how that information is used, and this policy covers it.
- Your firm's client data: documents, client records and anything your firm loads into the systems we build and run. If your firm becomes a client, our handling of the client data it provides will be governed by the services agreement and data-processing terms signed with your firm. We will process that data on your firm's instructions. Your firm controls that data, and this policy doesn't govern it. If you're one of our client firm's own clients, please contact that firm about your information.

We don't knowingly collect information from children under 16, and the Site isn't meant for them.
3. Cookies
The Site uses Google Analytics, which sets first-party cookies (such as _ga) to tell visits apart and measure how the Site is used. We use the Analytics reports to see how the Site is used. We do not turn on Google Analytics advertising features or Google signals. Google describes how it uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Our Site does not change its data collection in response to browser Do Not Track signals. Third parties providing services on the Site may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites. Vercel BotID and the Google booking page may use their own cookies or similar technology to work, and their privacy policies govern those.
4. How we use information
We use it to reply to inquiries and hold discovery calls; to provide, secure and support the platform for client firms; to improve the Site and our services; to follow up about your inquiry and, if you become a client, to send communications about your engagement (submitting a contact form does not add you to a marketing list); and to meet legal obligations and protect our rights.
We don't sell personal information. We don't use personal information from the Site for our own advertising. We don't use personal information, or any client data, to train our own AI models.
5. Who we share it with
We disclose information to the providers below to operate the Site and our business. Their handling of information is subject to the applicable service terms and privacy notices.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business (with this policy continuing to apply).
6. How long we keep it
- Inquiries from people who don't become clients: for as long as reasonably needed to respond and follow up. Retention varies by the type of information and the reason we hold it.
- Client relationship records: for the engagement plus 7 years for tax and legal purposes.
- Server logs: according to our hosting provider's standard retention.
- Platform audit and approval records: for the retention period set in the client's agreement. During that period they can't be edited or deleted through the platform.
7. Security
We protect information with access controls, encryption, and the controls described on our Security page. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we'll notify you as the law requires.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@getprecision.ai. We aim to respond within 30 days and may need to verify your identity. We offer these choices to everyone, wherever they live, and we won't treat you differently for using them. Some records can't be deleted on request, such as platform approval records our client firms rely on, or information we must keep by law.
9. Where information is stored
We're based in the United States. The client platform is hosted on Google Cloud in the United States. Some providers that run our website and sales tools may process information in other countries.
10. Changes
We'll post any update here with a new effective date. For material changes, we will also provide a prominent notice on the Site and, where we have appropriate contact information, notify affected people directly.
