Questions nonprofits ask
What is AI for nonprofits?
One AI team for the whole organization. Each area of work gets an agent, and one assistant routes your requests. The agents share one memory that keeps only what you approve.
Can a nonprofit use AI with a small staff?
Yes. Agents prepare recurring work, like document requests and status updates, for your staff to review. On Managed, our engineers build and run it, so you don't need technical staff.
Where should we start?
With a discovery call and a map of your work and data. Then we build your data pipeline and first agents, starting with repeat work that has clear inputs.
Will it message people on its own?
Not by default. Every send is held for your team's approval. An owner can allow routine replies; never money, new people or deletions. Approved work is sent once, never twice, with 10 seconds to undo.
Does it replace staff?
No. Agents prepare the work. Your people review it, approve it and stay in charge. Agents take on the routine work, so your staff have more time for the people you serve.
How much does AI for nonprofits cost?
Free and Team are coming soon; join the waitlist and we'll tell you first. Managed is taking discovery calls now. Managed requires a minimum purchase of 100,000 credits, which is $2,550 a month on a 12-month agreement, with implementation included.
We estimate a typical user uses about 10,000 credits a month.
Is our data used to train AI?
No. Language models run only under zero-retention routing, enforced in code, with data collection refused on every request. Your organization's data stays isolated from other businesses, encrypted with keys unique to it and hosted on Google Cloud in the United States.
