Precision AI OS for enterprise
Enterprise AI agents for the whole business
One shared memory and an agent for each area of work across the whole business, with every send held for approval by default.
Managed is taking discovery calls now.
An agent for each area of work.
One memory for every team
Agent OS (AOS) keeps your procedures and past decisions in one place. It keeps only what you approve and shows its sources.
A permanent record
Each approval is tied to exactly what was approved and can't be edited or deleted through the Platform during its retention period.
One approver
The person who runs the work, or the one a business rule names. Only that person can approve.
Work that needs a record.
Conflict check
An agent searches current clients, former clients and past matters for each new inquiry, and the attorney decides whether a conflict exists.
Lease abstraction
One lease is read into fields a property manager checks, from parties and dates to rent, options, notices and expenses, each tied to a clause.
Submittal review
Product data is compared with the specification and differences are listed, while a licensed architect or engineer marks the action and applies any required seal.
Questions enterprise teams ask
Are enterprise AI agents secure?
Our controls are designed against SOC 1 and SOC 2 criteria. We haven't completed an audit yet. See security.
Is our data kept separate?
Yes. It stays isolated to your business, encrypted with keys unique to it.
Do language models train on our data?
No. Language models run only under zero-retention routing, with data collection refused on every request.
What enterprise plan is available?
Managed is taking discovery calls now. We build and run it with you. A named engineer builds your workflows, connects your systems and runs your agents, with implementation included. A discovery call scopes it.
Will it send without approval?
Not by default. A workflow's approvals go to the person running it; sends covered by a business rule go to its named approver. An owner can allow routine replies; never money, new people or deletions.
What happens to our data if we leave?
Offboarding respects any legal hold and follows the exit steps in your contract. Keys are not destroyed until your owner confirms receipt of a readable export, and no sooner than a day after destruction is scheduled. Encrypted copies then can't be read. Database backups expire within 30 days.
