Precision AI OS for engineering teams

AI agents for engineering teams

AI agents for engineering teams answer from your runbooks and docs with sources and draft status reports on a schedule. Every send is held for approval by default.

Managed is taking discovery calls now. Free and Team are coming soon.

Answers from your own docs.

  • Runbooks in one place

Agent OS (AOS) keeps runbooks, procedures and past decisions in one shared memory, so the next person on call starts from what the team already knows.

  • Cited answers

The assistant answers from your own docs and names the page it used, so an engineer can check it before acting on a runbook step.

  • Weekly status reports

Each week, a routine pulls status from the docs and sheets you connect, drafts the report and waits for your sign-off.

Questions engineering teams ask

What can AI agents do for engineering teams?

Answer questions from your runbooks and docs with sources, and draft status reports on a schedule for your review. Ask one assistant and it routes the request to the right agent. They take on the lookup and the write-up, not the engineering.

Does it connect to GitHub or Jira?

Precision integrates with QuickBooks, Gmail, Outlook and Google Sheets. GitHub, Jira and Linear are not in that set. Any other tool is confirmed during scoping before anyone relies on it.

Does it write or deploy code?

No. It works from your docs and drafts reports and updates. It does not write, review or deploy code; that work stays with your engineers and the tools they already use.

Will status reports go out without approval?

Not by default. Reports wait on an approval card where a person can approve, edit or skip them, and approved work is sent once, never twice, with 10 seconds to undo. Every approval is recorded.

Is our data used to train AI?

No. Language models run only under zero-retention routing, with data collection refused on every request, and your data is isolated and encrypted.

Where is our data kept?

On Google Cloud in the United States. Backups are kept daily for 30 days, with point-in-time recovery over the last seven days.

Can our engineers build their own agents?

Not yet. A self-serve option is coming soon. Today our engineers set up each agent and routine for your business, including what it reads and who approves its work. Implementation is included in Managed.
