AI readiness score for service firms
An AI readiness score is a short snapshot of whether a service firm of about 10 to 500 people can put AI to work on a real workflow. This page covers data, workflows, people and approvals, governance and measurement, and it shows an overall score as soon as you finish.

What this score looks at
Twelve questions sit in five categories. Together they show whether an assistant can take on a repeating job, and where the firm still has work to do.
The questions are for firms of about 10 to 500 people in accounting, law, engineering, insurance, consulting and real estate.
A useful assistant assembles a client file or drafts a project update, and the people responsible for the work still review it.
Data. Where client records live, who can authorize their use, and whether a typical file is complete.
Workflows. Whether the firm has picked one repeating job, and written down which decisions stay with a person.
People and approvals. Who owns the work, who reviews what an assistant prepares, and who handles a stop.
Governance. Written rules for client information, approved tools, and a record of review.
Measurement. A baseline for preparation time, review time and corrections, and a way to tell whether the work is improving.
The score uses Precision's planning rubric. It does not certify compliance, predict savings or authorize a deployment.
Each answer is worth 0, 1, 2 or 3, and the page totals them out of 100. Early is 0 to 39. Partial is 40 to 69. In place is 70 to 100. Each category uses the same bands.
