Website Terms of Use
Effective date: October 5, 2026 · Last updated: October 5, 2026
Version 1.0
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of getprecision.ai and its pages (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Precision AI LLC, doing business as Precision AI OS ("Precision", "we", "us"), a Florida limited liability company. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. What these Terms cover
These Terms cover the public website only. If your firm becomes a client, our work together is governed by the signed Master Services Agreement, Order Form and Data Processing Addendum between us (the "Client Agreement"). If these Terms and a Client Agreement conflict, the Client Agreement controls.
2. Information on the Site is general, not advice
Articles, guides, comparisons and other content on the Site are general information about AI adoption and technology for professional firms. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment or other professional advice, and reading them doesn't create a client relationship with us. Product names and features of other companies are described from public sources as of the date shown and may change; check the vendor's own documentation before relying on them.
3. Using the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- try to get unauthorized access to the Site, our systems or other people's data;
- interfere with the Site's operation, including by overloading it or introducing malware;
- submit false information or someone else's personal information without their permission through our contact form; or
- scrape or copy the Site in bulk for a commercial purpose, except for search engines and AI assistants indexing public pages in line with our robots.txt.
4. Our content
The Site's text, design, graphics and logos belong to Precision or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, share links to and quote short excerpts of the Site with attribution. Any other copying or reuse needs our written permission.
5. Information you send us
When you submit the contact form or book a call, the Precision Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. Please don't send confidential client files or sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers or tax returns) through the contact form. We'll set up a secure channel if we work together.
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.
6. Links to other sites
The Site links to third-party sites, such as a scheduling page and vendor documentation. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or always current.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Precision will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). This section doesn't limit liability under a Client Agreement, which has its own terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. Earlier versions are available on request. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
