How we evaluate software
These notes cover the pages linked from tools we work with. A page stays off that hub until it is published.
What a page is for
Each comparison answers a practical question: when the software a firm already pays for is enough for the job, and when a separate workflow still has to be scoped. The pages are written for US professional service firms. They are decision guides, not rankings and not reviews with scores.
What we quote
Vendor statements on a comparison are quotations from that vendor's public pages. The sentence carries the date the page was checked. A price line says "as of" that date and links to the vendor page. Prices exclude tax unless the vendor page says otherwise, and vendors change them. Confirm the figure on the vendor's page before buying.
An illustration is labeled as an illustration. It is not a client result, a quote, or a measured outcome for any firm.
What we do not claim
Precision AI OS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the makers of the products on these pages. Product names are used so a reader can tell which product the page is about. We do not use their logos.
These pages do not claim a partnership, a reseller agreement, or that Precision implements the vendor's product. Precision builds scoped workflows around a firm's own systems. Whether a particular product can be connected is a question for that engagement, not a claim this page makes.
Precision has not completed a SOC 2 audit. Controls for a proposed engagement are described on the security page. A comparison is not a security certification.
A comparison is not legal, tax, accounting, privacy, or compliance advice.
Who writes the page
Pages are written by Precision AI OS and its co-founders, Steven de la Fe and Phillip Ingelmo. Authorship is not a claim that a third party reviewed the page.
Corrections
If a quotation, date, or price is wrong, email hello@getprecision.ai. Say which page and which sentence. We correct the page and the date on the sentence.
